²⁹ Isn’t everything else concerning Rehoboam—everything he did—written in the official records of the kings of Judah? ³⁰ There was war between Rehoboam and Jeroboam as long as they lived. ³¹ Rehoboam lay down in death with his ancestors and was buried with them in the City of David. (His mother was an Ammonite woman named Naamah.) His son Abijam succeeded him as king.
